The application fee is £50, and should please be sent with the supplementary application paperwork.   Alternatively, please call us on 023 9282 3186 and pay over the phone.  Please note we are unable to process your application without the fee.

Instructions for how to submit your supporting documentation are contained on the final page of the application process.   

In summary, the supporting documents required are: your CV; your Job Description; your Employers Organisation Chart; copies of your academic and vocational certificates; for certain grades, your CPD record.
