A London & South East Branch Event - Ground Breaking Strategic Estates Partnership ( SEP)

There will be a meeting of the London & South East Branch on Tuesday 14th April 2015 at 6.30 pm. The Venue will be the London Office of Bevan Brittan, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, Holborn Viaduct, London EC4M 7RF.*

The Presentation Title: Ground Breaking Strategic Estates Partnership ( SEP)
Speaker : Stephen Collinson, Managing Director, Ryhurst

Stephen’s Presentation will provide a valuable insight into SEP Partnerships, which commenced with Ryhurst in November 2014 with a SEP agreement with the Isle of Wight NHS Trust, the first non- foundation Trust to enter into such an agreement. The two organisations work as Wight Life Partnership to comprehensively review and manage the Estate across all of the Trusts sites to ensure that buildings and grounds are being fully utilised and are suitable for the provision of modern Healthcare.

This is Ryhurst’s third such "Whole Estate" Joint Venture partnership with the NHS, along with Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust and the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust . Ryhursts approach is to fully harness the skills and expertise from both organisations, to drive maximum value from large healthcare estates and too deliver real savings from operational , strategic and capital opportunities.
