Every IHEEM member will have been issued with a unique username and password, this will have been sent to you via email to the email address that we have registered for you. If you have not received this email, or have misplaced the details please email office@iheem.org.uk stating your name and membership number and we will be happy to provide them for you.

Please note that the website will only accept your username and password if you manually enter them, unfortunately it will not accept them if you copy and paste the entries in.

You can amend your home address details by logging into into the website, going to 'My IHEEM Homepage' where you will see a series of options highlighted in turqoise green which include update your details.
