How to pay

There are many ways to pay your event fee:

• Online: To pay online please log into the website and access the 'My IHEEM Homepage' tab located at the top of your screen.

• Credit Card: Download, complete and return the Credit Card authorisation form to us,

• Cheque: Please post your cheque to IHEEM, 2 Abingdon House, Cumberland Business Centre, Northumberland Road, Portsmouth, Hants, PO5 1DS

• Via Telephone: Alternatively we can take card payments over the telephone, please call us on 02392 823186

• Internet Banking: Pay us direct from your PC if you are registered for internet banking with your bank. Please quote your invoice or membership number as the reference.

Cancellations / Substitutions:

Cancellations received less than 10 working days before the event will be charged 50% of the appropriate rate, non-attendees will be charged at the full rate. Delegates may be substituted at any time for an amendment fee of £15.00

Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
