Using Birmingham and Solihull ICS as an example, Neil will present the objectives and principles of the estates transformation process through an integrated approach. He will then go on to explore some of the issues in managing multiple stakeholders and explain how the leadership style can have a positive impact on the drive towards a fully collaborative approach.
