The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting ISS’s mission to become the world’s greatest service organisation by delivering outstanding service performance and empowering people. With a strong focus on providing a world-class and consistent building maintenance service, the role ensures that the needs of our healthcare client stakeholders are met at the highest standards. The Technical Services Lead will oversee and manage the operational maintenance team, ensuring all site maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This includes hiring, training, and conducting staff appraisals to build a skilled and motivated team. In addition to team management, the role involves planning, assigning, and directing work while continuously assessing service performance to ensure technical, contractual, and statutory compliance across a portfolio of healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills, ensuring that maintenance operations are both proactive and responsive to the evolving needs of the client.
