Ian Johnson opened the discussion on how NHS trusts can move up the digital maturity curve without having to replace the systems they already rely on, followed later in the afternoon by Mark Edell, who focused on how the efficiency gains being designed into new hospitals can be retrofitted to the estate you already run today.
