4i Water Services Ltd. provides Safe Water services to a number of clients ranging from Healthcare facilities (Hospitals, surgeries, Care homes) to Plant nurseries, food production factories, animal husbandry, schools and construction projects. Each one of these have their own bespoke requirements which involve regular innovation on our part to be able to provide the required service to them.

We have provided services relating to Legionella Control which incorporates high-level disinfection, pipework replacements, TMV servicing, Calorifier annual inspections, reports and cleaning, Cold Water Storage Tank annual inspections, cleans, disinfection and tank replacements/refurbishments as well as providing integral booster pumps, Legionella Risk assessments, boiler servicing, refurbishments and replacements. Annual boiler inspections (Domestic & Commercial). Heating & Chilled systems pipeline dynamic flushing and monitoring etc.

In line with retaining our accreditations, we undergo annual audits, both internal and external. Our assessors are trained and certificated by City & Guilds. (certificates are issued to clients if requested and are attached to any Legionella Risk Assessment documents)

4i Water Services will undertake to explain fully the client’s responsibilities under the Health and Safety Executives approved code of practice and guidance, The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems (L8), Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and MHSAWR & HSG274 -Parts 2- The control of Legionella bacteria in hot and cold-water systems-Parts 3- The control of Legionella bacteria in other risk systems.
