Established in 2018, Avrenim Group is made up of four Businesses: Facilities Management, Developments, Consultancy & Energy Services.

We are based in Merseyside, serving predominantly in and around North West, whilst Energy Services provide a nationwide cover. While we are proud to be a local SME, we act and operate as the main contractor, competing for work with the big international FM and Construction providers offering services, local employment, local supply chain and supporting the local community through charitable donations, employability support and volunteering.

Avrenim FM specialises in delivering to the Public sector, mainly in the NHS. Our team have many years of experience working in and around Hospitals, we combine our technical knowledge with a user-focused delivery to ensure we provide a seamless and safe service with minimal disruption considering the requirements and those of our service users when executing any work. We offer a 24/7 reactive service 365 days a year with a dedicated internal Helpdesk. We carry out planned and reactive maintenance concentrating on compliance for both statutory and HTM responsibilities, our services include; Fire, M&E, decorative, grounds and pest services depending on our client’s requirement.

Avrenim Developments as with FM have grown from providing capital works, refurbishments, and life cycle work directly to NHS clients. We now work specifically within the public sector have used our knowledge and specialist delivery skills to win contracts for not only the NHS but local authority, and within the education sector. Developments can cover all aspects of construction and M&E from refurbishment to New build, from design to project management to full execution of services Our focus is to deliver a truly unique service to meet our client’s requirements and fulfilling our promise to deliver what we said we would, on time, on quality, on budget and safely

Avrenim Consultancy is a bespoke service tailored to our client’s requirements and needs, we offer professional services as we are able to access the wealth of information the group brings and provide consultancy services to suit your needs.

Avrenim Energy Services (AES) offers Consultancy, Engineering Services, Project Delivery, Operations & Maintenance and Asset Management services across the UK public and private sectors. We have extensive experience in managing low carbon and renewable energy asset portfolios that may include conventional power/thermal, distributed energy, district heating, heat pumps, combined heat & power (CHP) biomass, energy from waste, anaerobic digestion, biofuel systems, onshore wind, battery storage, solar PV and electric vehicle charging solutions throughout their entire lifecycle.
