Following the sale of Franke Water Systems in May 2021, the company’s new owners have successfully established the international sanitaryware group as a stand-alone company. The sale has resulted in a close association between the brands KWC, the leader in Switzerland’s domestic consumer market, Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems. The new company name, adopted in March 2022, reflects this change. The UK now operates as KWC DVS Ltd, which combines the Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems brands.
