Horizon Engineering Solutions is embarking on an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to help establish and grow our new Technical Training Academy in the Republic of Ireland. This is much more than an operational management role. What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Leading the launch and growth of our new ROI Training Academy ✔ Supporting operations across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland ✔ Driving business development and strengthening client relationships ✔ Building strategic partnerships with industry, education and government organisations ✔ Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing team ✔ Ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and operational excellence ✔ Representing Horizon at industry events and networking opportunities About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading people and identifying opportunities for growth. Ideally you’ll have: • Five or more years’ experience in operations management, engineering services, technical training or a similar leadership role • Strong commercial awareness and business development experience • A proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • An engineering or technical qualification (preferred) • A full driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Ireland Experience in HV/LV electrical systems would be advantageous, but it isn’t essential.
