At Evaccess, we pride ourselves on providing a high quality, customer-focused assisted escape devices (AED, primarily evacuation chairs and stair climbers), training and servicing.

The first step we take will be to get an idea of your current situation including existing AEDs, who will be operating the kit, potential passengers, stair type and any specifics that would prevent certain models from being effective/allowed e.g. spiral stairs, listed buildings etc.

From this, we will be able to shortlist the pieces of equipment that would be most effective for you. We can also recommend training packages that will be most cost effective for you.

When we have compiled this shortlist, we will complete a comprehensive site survey. This will allow us to take measurements and make evaluations in person to ensure the kit we have in mind will definitely work. We can bring equipment to demonstrate to you and to trial over the proposed escape route so that all persons can view it in action and ask any questions they may have.

When a product has been purchased, it is important for your operators to participate in an in depth training session that will allow them to be competent and confident to evacuate somebody. We offer two types of training package: Train the Trainer, and Operator Training. We will be able to talk you through what this entails and advise you what will be the most cost effective for your needs. Training will need to be renewed annually and is always at a time that you decide is convenient.

Throughout your time with us, we will always be on hand to offer support and advice for anything you might be concerned or unsure about.
