Job Title: Switchboard Operator
Overview
The post holder will be required to work as part of the facilities reception and security team providing a service which encompasses security, monitoring of security camera screens, reception and telephonist duties. The main function of the role is be the first point of contact at reception for phone calls and walk-in visitors, staff and general enquiries, and to monitor site security and report incidents to the police and on call staff. The post holder may be required to work on a rota and cover the duties at various times during a 24 hour period.
