Dear IFHE Colleagues,
On behalf of both organising IFHE member countries (SMAES and AMIESAC) along with the President of SMAES and in collaboration with IFHE, we are now in a position to share further news about the upcoming IFHE Congress in Mexico City which is taking place between 6-8 November, 2023.

Within these folders are the overall Conference information sheets, the exhibition floor plans and possible sponsor participation.
You will also find full information regarding the theme of the Congress, a presentation by the organizing member countries and about other various committees, along with the Conference schedule and also with times and locations for the IFHE ExCo and IFHE Council meetings.
In addition, there is information about the technical visits and also a program for the spouses who may also be visiting Mexico.
The third folder relates to the call for papers and information on how to how to submit a paper for consideration. We actively encourage you to submit a paper and would be grateful if you could share the request with your Country individual and company member contacts.
With regards to the hotel options, we have also included within the pack the information below:
- Special arrangements have been made for Congress visitors
- For the members of the ExCo, one night will be covered at the expense of the Congress organization.
- The minimum booking is 2 nights.
- Specially designed rooms are available for any visitors who may have special requirements relating to disabilities.
- The conference discount is valid from 31 October to 10 November 2023, during that period you must use the promotion code when booking. (The code is: S3S)
