We are excited to announce that IHEEM have partnered with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) as their 2021-2022 Faraday Challenge theme partner.
The Faraday Challenge days introduce students to engineering, inspires them to consider engineering as a career and helps to develop their practical and employability skills, including team working, problem solving and creative thinking. As the theme partner, IHEEM have worked with the IET to develop a suitable challenge that reflects IHEEMs priorities and that would capture the imagination of the students.
As part of the challenge, we will be filming a briefing video, featuring IHEEM members to set the scene and present the challenge. As part of this, we are calling our members to help by submitting an image of themselves in a work setting to highlight the different job roles within the Healthcare Estates workforce.

Images submitted without a consent form will not be able to be used.
