You may recall that in October 2019 at the Healthcare Estates Conference & Exhibition we launched a high-level outline of our 5 Year Business Plan which set out our core objectives as well as a number of key deliverables under “Our Improved Offer”. We also announced that we would publish more detail in 2020.

This is an important document for IHEEM as it sets out our priorities and planned outputs in a way that the Institute has not done before. We remain committed to supporting our members, company affiliates and key stakeholders to achieve their individual career goals and corporate ambitions and believe this document clearly outlines how the Institute aims to do that.
