The new programmes include Level 3 Apprenticeships: HR Support and Business Administration, and Level 4 Apprenticeships: Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability and Associate Project Manager.
The courses are available for applicants now, with the first intake planned for November 2026.
The new programmes to tackle a wide range of healthcare skills shortages:
- The Level 3 HR Support Professional programme, Future People Professional, will provide participants with the tools and capabilities they need to deliver structured, confident practice across all areas of HR in the sector.
- The Level 3 Business Administrator programme, Administration for Professional Practice, addresses the challenges of sub-optimal processes, communication and overloaded management to help healthcare organisations run more smoothly.
- The Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner programme gives learners the tools and frameworks needed to address areas such as reporting pressures, lack of internal ownership and net zero ambitions, which are not yet translating into action.
- The Level 4 Associate Project Manager, Project Delivery and Improvement in Health & Care, programme transforms learners into confident, reflective healthcare project professionals, who can turn ideas into action and support teams to deliver impactful change.
