The new treatment clinic, being delivered on behalf of Delamere Health, will provide specialist care to people experiencing addiction and will comprise 32 residential rooms with supporting treatment spaces, communal areas, landscaped courtyards, and therapy gardens.
The facility, which is being constructed on the site of the former Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue HQ in Bestwood, will feature a variety of premium amenities to support the patients on their treatment and recovery journey, including a wellness suite, fully equipped gym, steam room and sauna, a meditation room, and individual and group therapy rooms.
Due to complete by the end of 2027, the clinic will support up to 416 guests a year through its compassionate, evidence-led model of addiction treatment.
Throughout the project, Caddick will uphold its commitment to the local community by engaging with schools and colleges, volunteering at a community project, and creating seven employment opportunities and three apprenticeships, including a dedicated position for an individual facing barriers to employment.
Caddick completed pre-construction services on the 4.7 hectare site earlier this year, which included the demolition of the former fire service HQ building.
