NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 59th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Institute will be held at Manchester Central Convention Complex (room 5 & 6), Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX at 13:10pm on Tuesday 13th October 2026
to transact the following business:
This meeting is being held to transact the following business:
- To receive the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 21st October 2025.
- To receive a report from the President on the Institutes achievements in the previous year.
- To receive a report from the Chief Executive Officer about the Institutes future.
- To receive and consider the Annual Report and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025.

- To appoint new Auditors and authorise the Executive Council to fix their remuneration
- To approve the Elections to Executive Council.
- To handover the Presidency of the Institute
- To receive a report from the Institutes incoming President on their priorities for the forthcoming year.
