Established in the UK 40 years ago, Cundall has developed into an international multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy operating from over 20 locations across the globe.

Cundall currently operates in the UK, Australia, Asia, MENA, and Europe. We have taken our UK knowledge and award-winning engineering expertise to each of these markets, and tailored it to suit individual local needs.

With over 900 staff across the globe offering a full range of integrated engineering services, we are big enough to be able to provide a highly focused and dedicated team on our clients’ projects, but still at a size where our core values can be effectively applied. Every project is led by a Partner/Director to provide the right experience and guidance throughout the life of the project.

Healthcare is about people: patients, staff and visitors. As one of the UK’s leading engineering practices involved in healthcare today, Cundall recognises that building design is an important element of any healthcare facility. The design must recognise wider issues beyond that of the actual building, and ensure that these designs are flexible, adaptable and future-proofed.

We have experience in working directly for NHS Trusts, Private Healthcare Organisations and PFI procurement projects, both as technical advisors and members of consortia. We are a Procure 22 Principal Supply Chain Member.

Internationally, we are also leading the way on sustainable design, for example, through our work on the site sustainability strategy for the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia.
