Based in Sheffield and established in 2016 by Managing Director and IHEEM Registered Authorising Engineer for Ventilation, David Livingstone, DRLC supplies Authorising Engineers to Healthcare providers. Chartered Engineer David Livingstone has been ensuring the smooth operation of building services in the public sector including the NHS for more than three decades and now acts as an independent auditor of safety standards.

Louise Webb joined her husband as a Director of the company in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience which includes an initial degree in medicine, experience as a Project Manager and as a Lecturer.

Most important to DRLC is to act as partners for clients to the overall benefit of the NHS and other Healthcare providers. We ask clients how we can help, what their biggest issues are, what keeps them awake at night. Then when we have understood where they need extra advice we either supply it ourselves or point them in the right direction to seek help.
